Last three days ago, I went for apple diet recommended by my dad as I have acne problem which haven’t heal since October. Many methods and products I have use to get rid of my acne but none works effectively. Only temporary. I’ve followed my dad’s instruction and it works wonder! The methods quite suffering to those who can’t stand of eating fruits only but why not give it a try than suffering yourself with acne? The rule is very simple. Just eat apples and drink plain water. Here are the methods I’ve used during my apple diet:

Day 1 & 2:

  • Eat as much apples as you want whenever you feel hungry. Recommended at least to consume 10 apples per day.
  • Drink plain water only at least 8 glasses of plain water per day. More even better.
  • Every night before dinner (yes, you will have to eat apple again for dinner), take laxative (seriously!) so all the toxin in your body will flush out the next morning.
  • Wash your face twice daily (as usual) and at night, apply Tea Tree Oil on your face and let it stay overnight.

Day 3:

  • The method is still the same as day 1 and 2. The differences on day 3 is just for dinner, you are allow to drink 100% grape juice or eat grapes instead of just eating apple for dinner. Therefore, your dinner on your last day of apple diet programme are grapes/ grape juice, apple and plain water.

Easy right? Its not that hard. After the treatment, you have to watch your diet properly. No trans fat. Eat more fruits, vegetables, lean meat, protein… Try to add carrot into your diet as it is high in beta carotene and it will converted to Retinol in our body which we all know most acne skin product contain Retinol. Just eat right, drink more water and do exercise regularly. Give it a try and trust me, you will be happy with the result. Good luck everyone! Open-mouthed smile
