Bioxil Innertreats 20 days Detox & Wellness Programme

Today, when I reorganised my room, I found this daily diet routine on Bioxil Innertreats Inner D-tox drink product packaging. I’ve been taking this drink for a long time and I just found this diet routine today. Haha! Anyway, here is the diet routine recommended by Bioxil

 

7.00 a.m. Wake-up drink

Drink a glass of clear warm water added with a few drops or squeezed lemon juice. Take it even before you wash up.

Our body weight is made out at 70% water, so it is important to keep it replenished at all times. It also helps to activate and boost the bile function while waking-up the digestive system.
7.30 a.m. Breakfast

Mix a sachet of M-Vital GT&F and Inner D-Tox in a glass of water. Stir well. Drink immediately.
10.30 a.m. Mid-morning snack

1 portion of fruit (apple or guava or pear)
12.30 a.m. Lunch

Options:
- Tuna salad + Soup (more vegetable less dressings)
- Egg & Cucumber Sandwich (made with wholegrain bread)
- Small portion rice + Steamed fish + Vegetables
4.15 p.m. Tea Break

Mix a sachet of Inner D-Tox in a glass of water or juice. Stir well. Drink immediately.
7.00 p.m. Dinner

Options:
- Light crisp vegetable salad
- Clear vegetable soup

 

Notes:

M-Vital GT&F is actually a powdered milk to boost up your metabolism. If you do not have M-Vital, you can substitute it with powdered milk.

Inner D-Tox is a mixed fruits and vegetables beverage with pre- and probiotics. You can replace it with fruits, grains and vegetables such as cranberry, raspberry, strawberry, apple, broccoli, brown rice, soy bean, chlorella, barley grass, oats, plum, spinach, asparagus, beetroot, black sesame millet, wheat grass, artichoke, oat bran, green tea, aloe vera and etc (I copied from the ingredients used for this product).

Remember! Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily to keep hydrated and replenished at all times.

My skin prep daily routine

Face

Daytime (preferred a.m.)

1. Wash your face using facial cleanser with warm water.

If you using facial foam cleanser, make sure you dilute the cleanser with sufficient amount of water and make it foamy or else your face will dry. If you using milk cleanser, just dilute it with water.

2. If you have sensitive skin like me, wear face oil build for sensitive skin such as Eve Taylor Face Oil. (optional)

3. Apply toner to close the pores after cleansing.

4. Wear eye cream

Recommended to use eye cream that build for day use and contained SPF 15. I’m using Total Eye Care by Dermalogica.

5. Wear daytime moisturiser to keep your face hydrated. Dont apply it under your eyes because it will create a white thingy on the skin eye area.

6. Wear booster or serum such as Skin Hydrating Booster by Dermalogica if you have dehydrated skin. (optional)

7. Wear sunblock or sunscreen to protect your skin from the sun exposure. SPF 30 preferable. Do not apply under the eyes area.

8. Wear lip balm

It is recommended to use the one built for day use and SPF. I used Climate Control Lip balm by Dermalogica.

Night time (p.m before bedtime)

1. Wash your face with facial cleanser.

For my case I have two types of facial cleanser. One for everyday use facial foam cleanser (Special Cleansing Gel by Dermalogica) and whitening facial cleanser (ChromaWhite TRx Tri-Active Cleanser by Dermalogica). I used both for night time. First, I use my everyday facial foam cleanser and second, I used my whitening facial cleanser. The reason why I’m using whitening facial cleanser is because I have uneven skin tone. NOT because to I want fairer skin. Everyone can use whitening facial cleanser to balance our skin tone.

2. Wear Face oil for sensitive skin (optional)

3. Wear toner.

If you have toner for brightening or aging prevention toner, use it at night. I’m using Age Smart Antioxidant Hydramist by Dermalogica for night time. It is an aging prevention product.

4. Night face cream/ moisturiser

You can use your everyday moisturiser too. If you have night moisturiser for whitening or aging prevention moisturiser, use it at night as skin work better at night.

5. Wear booster or serum

I usually use Skin hydrating booster more at night as I have dry skin. And I also use Skin Renewal booster by Dermalogica at night (another aging prevention product).

6. Wear night eye cream

Day eye cream built with SPF and night eye cream built for skin renewal or repair. I’m using Age Smart Multivitamin Power Firm to avoid eye bag.

7. Wear lip balm

Recommended to use lip balm that built for night time or aging prevention. I’m using Dermalogica Age Smart Renewal Lip Complex.

Body and nails

1. Wear body lotion. If you have dry elbow and knee, apply more lotion on it.

Reason being, skin need hydration too. Dermalogica Body Hydrating Cream is a nice body lotion product as the scent can prevent mosquitoes bite.

2. Apply cuticle and nail oil on your cuticle.

Hard cuticle may jeopardise the look of your nails. Applying cuticle nail will give hydration to your cuticle. I’m using O.P.I. Avoplex Cuticle and Nail replenishing oil. If you have dry and cracked elbow and knee, you can apply this oil on it too. The result you can see it in few days. My elbows and knees getting smoother right now after using this product. 

3. Apply callus treatment moisturiser to avoid callus or cracked heels.

Believe me, you will hate touching and looking at your heels when you enter 20s as the skin getting harder on your heels. Applying callus treatment moisturiser can make your heel smoother and not cracked as it gives hydration. I’m using CND Spapedicure Cucumber Heel Therapy and this product is recommended to those who have cracked heels like me because it makes your heel smoother. The result appears in few days (depend on how hard your skin). For better result, buff your heel using buffer then apply it.

4. Apply hand lotion.

This is to avoid your hand dehydrated and look older than your face. I’m using Multivitamin hand and nail lotion at night time.

 

The products listed above is the products I’m using. You don’t have to use the exact products that I am using. You can use what ever you have currently. 2010: The celebration and Resolutions

Hi everyone! happy new year! i know its kind of late. I have been busy lately with chores and summer school. Hehe! My new year celebration pretty cool. I celebrated with my grandparents, little cousin and my two siblings. Our first meal of the year was BBQ Buffalo wing with Heinz BBQ Sauce dip, potatoes wedges, mashed potatoes, sausages and fruit punch quencher. I forgot to take pictures of it. The dishes and quencher were made by me. Yes! me! hehhe!

 

Half year of 2009 was pretty bad times for me as im kinda off track in my academics. Therefore, I decided to be better for 2010. Here are my new year resolutions:

1. Score HD for my units.

2. Do proper planning in academics and activities.

3. Be frugal

4. Be more hardworking

5. Keep my room clean and tidy. Haha!

6. Do more donation as I have a lot of unnecessary things in my bedroom.

7. Enhance my dancing skills – flexibility, strength, stamina and techniques.

9. Drink a lot of plain water to keep hydrated.

10. Workout.

11. Decrease my weight by 10kg. A lot right? haha!

and the list will go on and on. haha!
