Tips for those who having low metabolism
Today, I would like to share to everyone who having low metabolism as myself has low metabolism.
Last Wednesday, my nail specialist friend named Clarence Goh told me that my hand and feet are cold easily due to low metabolism issue and I just noticed about it. He advised me to exercise frequently and watch my food intake and also to take few supplement like Bioxil Cherriwell for antioxidant. Actually, you can also take other foods or drink that contained high antioxidant such as green tea (Japanese one is good) and also nuts (certain nuts), berries and grains.
A friend of mine (a gym instructor and taking sport science course) told me is not a big problem having a low metabolism is just that we are easily to gain more weight as it slow down the process of foods conversion to energy. He suggested to exercise frequently and watch your food intake. You daily meals have to be on time as well so it will burn correctly. He also suggested to sleep early and to wake up early as well. Below are the tips to curb the problem:
- Breakfast before 8am.
- Lunch before 1pm.
- Dinner before 9pm.
- Do cardio activities such as jogging, treadmill, aerobic for 20 minutes 3 times a week.
