This tips made for the underweight who wish to gain some weight. Here are the tips:

  • Eat right – do balance diet. Don’t consume foods that has high fat such as deep fried chicken, burger with cheese and eggs etc otherwise your chances to get high cholesterol is high. My friend told me her doctor advised her to eat 6 times daily as her underweight problem quite serious. Eat more vegetable and fruits.
  • Exercise – your body need to work as well. This is to increase your strength and metabolism.
  • Optional: If you wish to take supplement to increase your appetite, I recommend you to drink Hot Milo/ Hot chocolate mix with 1 raw egg instead of taking supplement drink or pills at drug store. This method is more natural and it is work too. A nurse from Philippines suggested this supplement drink to us last time. I don’t drink it but my brother, sister and my late mom drink it. I know the drink sound yucky but hey, my family said its yummy as it taste like milkshake. Hot milkshake. Drink it once or twice a week. The recipe:

4 tablespoon of Milo/ Hot chocolate powder/ Chocolate Malt drink

3 tablespoon of Powdered milk + 1 or 2 teaspoon of granulated sugar

       OR

2 tablespoon of condensed milk

Hot water

1 egg

Methods:

Mix Milo/ Hot chocolate drink powder/ chocolate malt drink, powdered milk and granulated sugar or condensed milk with hot water. Stir it well. Then, mix the diluted chocolate malt drink/ hot chocolate with egg and shake it (use water tumbler to do it). Shake till it blend well. Or you can just stir it till the drink blend with egg. Blend it fast before the egg become scrambled boiled egg. After it blend well, WALAH! Bon appetite! :)
